Stephanie Davis, 31, was arrested Sept. 7 at around 4:15 p.m. in Glendale on suspicion of aggravated DUI, records say.

The 10-year-old showed Glendale police the video in which three children under the age of 15 yell at Davis to stop before she gets into an accident, court documents show.

Officers said Davis was staggering around outside the car when they arrived, according to the documents. They said she admitted drinking wine Saturday but would not say anything else.

Police at the scene said there was an extreme odor of alcohol coming from Davis and she had bloodshot and watery eyes, a red, flushed face, slurred speech and mood swings, according to the court documents. She was unbalanced and swayed, police said.

“When she walked, she had to be supported by officers, and when she tried to exit the patrol vehicle, she fell down and had to be caught by officers,” an officer wrote in the documents.

Davis refused standard field sobriety tests, and a warrant was served to obtain a blood sample, according to the court documents.

She is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 23 and was released on her own recognizance.
